Create an Account
Creating a DiveToolbox account is free and only takes a minute. You'll need a valid email address to verify your account.
Sign up
From the landing page, click Sign Up in the top-right corner. The sign-up process has 3 steps:
Step 1 — About You
Choose a username (at least 3 characters). This is the name other users will see. You can optionally upload a profile picture — crop and zoom it to get the perfect shot. You can always change these later.

Step 2 — Contact
Enter your email address. This will be your login email and where you'll receive the verification code.

Step 3 — Security
Choose a password (at least 8 characters) and confirm it. Then click Create My Account.

Email verification
After signing up, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code by email. Enter this code to verify your account. The code expires after 15 minutes — you can request a new one if needed.

Once verified, you'll be redirected to the dashboard and can start using DiveToolbox right away.
Sign in
Already have an account? Click Sign In from the landing page. Enter your email and password, then click Let's Go.
You can check Keep me signed in to stay logged in across sessions.

Forgot your password?
If you've forgotten your password:
- Click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen
- Enter your email address
- You'll receive a reset code by email (expires in 15 minutes)
- Enter the code and choose a new password
If you don't receive the verification or reset email, check your spam folder.
